Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of service to all of our customers, and would encourage you where possible to try to resolve any issues that might arise with the member of staff you have been dealing with. In the event that you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact us for a full copy of our complains procedure. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days, and will then undertake a full, in-depth review of the situation before detailing our findings and recommendations to you in writing within 15 working days of that receipt.
